For Lessees / Landlords

Brokerage Equivalent to One-Month Rent and 1% of the Security Deposit Value.

Advance Rent Transactions (24 / 36 Months)

Brokerage Equivalent to Two Months Rent.

Advance Rent Transactions (12 Months)

Brokerage Equivalent to One Month Rent.

Brokerage on renewal

For licensee / tentents brokerage ( Beyond 36 months ) Equivalent to One Month Rent.

For licensor / landlord brokerage ( Beyond 36 months ) Equivalent to Half Month Rent.

A 12.36 % Government service tax is applicable on all the above brokerages, w.e.f. 1st April 2007.
